Dr. John Berberian


Dr. John Berberian is an accomplished healthcare executive and intrepid business leader experienced in transforming vision into success, building a solid team and working with clients towards successful joint ventures. Most recently, Dr. Berberian co-founded Hospital Services Direct, a hospital and laboratory management services company where he also serves as CEO.

In partnership with his executive team, he has led the company to gain new hospital clients, solidified its key role in hospital management and continues to serve as an integral driving sales force for his team.

Throughout his 15-year career, Dr. Berberian has founded and managed multiple innovative companies in various health care sectors along with providing state of the art technology and advanced software solutions to pharmacies.

Prior to Hospital Services Direct, Dr. Berberian co-founded WellCorpRx to provide a low-cost solution to onsite employee wellness medical screenings and treatments. The company also focused on providing patients natural health solutions through physician supervised preventative counseling, nutrition, weight loss options, a diabetes prevention/reversal program, cardiovascular screenings and allergy therapy. Additionally, he developed programs to provide expert onsite diagnostic testing services such as bone density, pharmacogenomics and toxicology.

In 2009, Dr. Berberian co-founded United Allergy Services to offer allergy services to primary care physicians nationwide. His first company, Proactive Medical Diagnostics was created in 2003. For more than 10 years, PMD provided mobile electrodiagnostic and ultrasound services to primary care physicians and specialists nationwide.

Dr. Berberian’s passion in offering his clients health solutions and management services has earned him a successful entrepreneurial career. Moreover, he has independently gained extensive knowledge of vital health services including chiropractic healing, allergy, nutrition, fitness, clinical research, exercise physiology, pain management, wellness coaching, supplemental nutrition and general healthcare.

He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island and his Chiropractic doctorate degree from Life University.

When not collaborating with his team and clients on new innovative solutions, Dr. Berberian enjoys golfing, enjoying water sports or reading.

Michael H. Kalnoski, MD


Dr. Michael H. Kalnoski is board certified in Anatomic, Clinical, and Hematopathology. Dr. Kalnoski has received achievement awards from the College of American Pathology (CAP) as a team leader and he is a recognized molecular diagnostics inspector for CAP. Dr. Kalnoski has built several laboratories from the ground up. At the National Reference Laboratory Dr. Kalnoski validated molecular diagnostic testing in less than 2 months and helped the laboratory to receive both College of American Pathology and ISO-15189 certification in the same year. The National Reference Laboratory was one of only 7 laboratories in the USA to achieve this dual distinction. Dr. Kalnoski also presided over all the laboratory and clinical trials for FDA submission of Atossa Genetics medical devices. At PSIP Dr. Kalnoski directed the complete build-up of their FISH laboratory (including myeloid/lymphoid/plasma cell and Her-2 panels)

Linda Berberian


Ms. Berberian has acquired a unique communications insight based on more than 20 years of combined experience as a copywriter and public relations/communications manager. She has created engaging and persuasive copy for digital and online platforms.

Spending the majority of her career in the health industry, she currently serves as the Public Relations/Corporate Communications Director and Head Recruiter for HSD. In this role, Berberian creates content for the company’s website, authors biographies, handles staff recruitment and other vital communications. Prior to HSD, she served as the Copywriter, Recruiter and Social Media Manager for WellCorpRx, which provided on-site health and wellness services. In 2004, she joined Proactiv Medical Diagnostics as Vice President of Corporate Communications and managed a team of 30 employees. Prior to PMD, Berberian worked for leading technology based companies, including Rad Data Communications as the Public Relations Manager.

Before crossing over to public relations, she began her career as a newspaper reporter, landing interviews with acclaimed authors, artists, musicians and television reporters. In addition to her role at HSD, she is a freelance copywriter, has authored two children’s books and bylined in small magazines.She earned a Nutritional Coach certification in 2015 to further strengthen her knowledge of health and wellness related services. One of the most rewarding experiences in her career has been the opportunity to work side by side with her brother, Dr. John Berberian, CEO and Co-Founder of HSD, WellCorpRx and Proactive Medical Diagnostics.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications/ Journalism from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she served as News Director/Anchor for its television and radio stations and reporter for the newspaper. She currently resides in California where she enjoys outdoor activities and spendingtime with her small dog.

Joyce Pitters-Hinds


Ms. Pitters-Hinds’ experience as a paralegal, sales manager and her expertise in client services led her to a career in the health industry with a significant role in managing business relationships. As the Client Services Manager for Hospital Services Direct, she assists in strengthening and maintaining strategic relationships with HSD’s clients and channel partners and hospital and lab relationships. She is also responsible for creating and documenting procedures, writing copy for marketing campaigns, managing sales relationships, completing contracts and agreements as well as providing seamless client onboarding.

Early on in her career, she honed her client management skills through hospitality management by developing marketing strategies for customer retention, securing partnerships with major vendors, managing sales teams, training employees and analyzing sales performance and company revenues.

Pitters-Hinds is a mother of five and an avid reader. She is currently pursuing a degree in Advertising and Public Relations with a concentration in Strategic Communication from the Pennsylvania State University World Campus and studied Legal Assisting at Broward College.

Carson Jeffries, Esq.

Mr. Jeffries received his JD/LLM (Taxation) from the Northwestern University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Georgia. He began his career as a tax consultant for Deloitte Tax LLP and practiced in the areas of tax controversy, corporate tax credits, transactional entity taxation and M&A. He became a tax associate for Spell Pless Davis Sauro PC, focusing on general entity and individual tax matters, trust and estate planning as well as taxation and drafting. Jeffries also formed an overseas legal process outsourcing company, Lexpoint LLC, with two former colleagues along with a seasoned overseas businessperson to offer low-cost document review, due diligence and legal writing services to US law firms and in-house corporate legal departments.

He later established the law practice, Solomon & Jeffries, LLP, with two other Georgia attorneys to provide high-value legal representation in the areas of real estate, intellectual property, taxation, trusts and estates and traffic offenses. Soon thereafter, he formed the law firm HPJ Legal Services, LLC, which focuses on general civil litigation, toxic torts, construction defects, and estate planning. His areas of specialties include general entity and individual transactional tax law as well as civil litigation: toxic torts, construction defects, contracts, trusts and estates taxation and planning and drafting.

David Carter, Esq.

In 2004, Mr. Carter founded the Carter Law Group, LLC, a boutique law practice focused on the unique legal needs of physician practice groups and entrepreneurs. As Legal Advisor, he provides regulatory compliance support, commercial litigation and business planning (including complex tax, estate and asset protection planning) for businesses and business owners, with an emphasis on medical practices and physician groups. Carter also worked as an attorney at the Downtown Development at City of Chamblee, Busch, Slipakoff & Shuh, LLP, Joyce, Thrasher & Kaiser, LLC, Ferguson McManamy and as Manager of the Estate and Business Planning Group at Ferguson McManamy, Attorneys at Law.

John D Celani, Esq.

Mr. Celani has always had a deep interest in business strategy, a passion for solving problems and a strong background in finance, all which make him perfectly suited to represent clients in corporate transactions and commercial litigation.

Celani’s extensive educational background in business set him apart from other attorneys early on in his career. He holds multiple degrees including a B.S. in Accounting, an M.B.A., a concentration in Financial Services, a J.D. and an LL.M in Tax. As a logistics engineer prior to entering the legal field, Celani created solutions to challenges in supply chain management, managed client relationships and regularly conducted contract negotiations.

His experience further includes:

  • Planning and executing business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, licensing, business entity formations, corporate governance, and general contract drafting.
  • Representing clients in all stages of complex civil litigation, including pretrial, mediation, trial, and appellate, analyzing evidence and designing tools to track trends in class action and multi-plaintiff suits.

During law school, he participated in a number of activities including serving as secretary of the Tax Law Society, as well as membership in the Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity, the Mock Trial Team, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Additionally, he served as project leader in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. Celani currently provides assistance to the Erie County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project. His practice areas include Business and Corporate Law, Civil Litigation and Appellate Practice, Construction Law and Taxation.

Sean A. Bryan, Esq.

Mr. Bryan’s primary practice involves the formation, structuring and maintenance of entities used in business transactions (including partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations), and the federal and state tax aspects of business transactions. Bryan has handled complex tax and transactional matters for over 25 years representing individuals, private business interests, and passive investors seeking limited liability. He also represents clients ranging from sole proprietors to large companies in business transactions, including the purchase and sale of real estate and other assets, the purchase and sale of investment interests for both taxable and tax-exempt investors and tax-deferred exchanges of assets. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Tarrant County College Foundation, where he chairs the Foundation’s investment committee as well as the board of the Fort Worth Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and of the Tarrant County Bar Foundation. Outside his professional practice, he has been an active member of Leadership Fort Worth and Leadership Colleyville.

William N. Warren, Esq.

Mr. Warren has considerable experience representing clients in state and federal courts in a broad range of complex civil litigation matters, including business torts, securities issues, construction claims, products liability, and fraud related lawsuits. He attended Baylor University, where he obtained his bachelor of arts in 1989, and Baylor University Law School, graduating with his juris doctor, cum laude, in 1993.

Robert L. Brown, CPA

Mr. Brown began his public accounting career with J.W. Llop C.P.A., P.C. but left to work as an auditor, and later became the tax manager of a local CPA firm in Atlanta. As a Certified Public Accountant since 2006, he has interests in manufacturing, construction, healthcare and inbound foreign subsidiaries. He is a native Georgian, having grown up between Calhoun and Jasper areas. A graduate of the University of West Georgia, Brown also attended Keller Graduate School and Georgia Tech. He is married to Chu, and has two children, Joshua and Robin.

Andrew Bateman, In-House Staff Accountant

Andrew is a proven professional with over 22 years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
His professional experience has led Andrew to work in diversified fields including high tech business technology and international logistical software. Andrew spent the bulk of his career at Numerex Technology Corp as Revenue Manager, American Software Inc., as Director of Revenue Accounting and as Senior Staff Accountant. Andrew attended the University of West Florida and the University of Maryland, Munich Campus in Munich Germany. Andrew is an avid book collector and enjoys listening to music and playing instruments.
